Response to Covid-19 with Milaap
The country’s lockdown began in late March and was subsequently extended several times. Stringent restrictions halted most economic activities and caused millions of people to lose their jobs and revenue streams. Many of them were daily wage earners. Now it has become a very strenuous activity for the people to revive their businesses and restart with their normal lives.
91 deeply and adversely affected women from Balangir, Tarabha & Sonepur districts are provided with a grant assistance of INR 2000/- by Mahashakti Foundation with the esteem support of Milaap, Bangalore at RMC Market yard Balangir & Tarabha NAC so that they can manage their livelihood during this period.
