Sri Jogananda Behera,
Mr. Behera has more than 15 years of working experience on livelihood promotion and community health. He worked with international agencies like Oxfam and CARE on HIV AIDs and livelihood promotion projects. He also worked with Western Odisha Rural Livelihoods Project for the promotion of different clusters for 3 years. He is very hard working and believes on the empowerment of community through enterprise development.
Mr Dibakar Maharana, Asst Secretary

Dibakar Maharana was graduated from the premier Agriculture University of Odisha ,OUAT ,Bhubaneswar in 1971, served for few months under Govt of Odisha as Agriculture Officer. Then switched over to State Bank of India and worked in different capacities and retired in 2009 as Chief Manager. His last assignment was Chief Manager Lead Bank. During his tenure in SBI, he was deputed to Samanwita Gramya Unnayan Samiti ,GUdaygiri as it’s Project Director which is the only institution in India co sponsored by SBI and Sate Govt engaged in all round development of tribals in and around G,Udaygiri,Tikabali and Raikia Blocks of Kondhamal District. After retirement He joined as Bank Linkage Officer in TRIPTI a world Bank aided project of Govt of Odisha run by Panchayatiraj dept and then worked as Project Executive Bank Linkage under the flagship programme of Govt of India ,NRLM (OLM). He was responsible for role out of Bank Mitra concept in Odsha and streamlining Bank Linkage strategy for the women SHGs. After six years in TRIPTI/OLM the contract was over but never stopped working for the poor .Worked for some time in a home grown mFI as it’s Chief Finance Officer till April 2017 and now engaged as State Resource Person OLM,RUDSET institution and many other organisations engaged in training of rural poor.

MA, (Pol.Sc and Rural Development) LLB from Berhampur. University. Diploma in Micro Finance from Indian Institute for Banking and Finance, Mumbai
25 years experience in the field of Livelihood Development. Served in a state level NGO since 1991 with the responsibility of planning and coordination of entire program, staff assessment, monitoring & supervision of credit operation. Worked as the Project Officer of FARR CARE CASHE (Credit and Savings for House hold Enterprise) of CARE (DFID Supported) for 6 years. (2000-2006 )

25 years experience in the field of Social Development and financial inclusion. Served in different NGOs since 1978 with the responsibility of planning and coordination of entire program, staff assessment, monitoring & supervision of women, child development, training & livelihood development. She was pioneer in financial inclusion and SHG Bank linkage program.
